Depression

"I just want to be happy." And yet, happiness seems to be unattainable at times. Maybe that shows up for you in a persistent low mood. Maybe you've noticed changes in your appetite or sleep patterns. Depression can feel overwhelming. It can also feel really, really isolating. Reaching out to get help might be the right answer for you. 

Anxiety

The constant worry, the nervous feeling in the pit of your stomach, the panic attacks. Anxiety can make it hard to "turn off" your brain sometimes. It can feel like you have no control over your thoughts. Learning about your anxiety can help you navigate the constant worry with less stress. 

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) 

DBT can be a really good fit for those who struggle with regulating emotions or getting through distressing situations. It can also be a really good fit for those who find relationships with others really difficult, but maybe aren't quite sure why. Trauma 

Difficult life events, relationships, and situations can deeply impact our emotional well-being and leave lasting imprints on how we think, feel, and interact with our world. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that can help you process and heal from trauma to restore a sense of balance to your nervous system.
